A parrilla is an Argentinian grill, and this was created with steak in mind. It’s expertly crafted by award-winning winemaker Hervé J Fabre – the first person to produce single-variety Malbec in Argentina. It’s dark, bold and complex, thanks to expert use of Mendoza’s high altitudes. Expect lots of black fruit, plum and toasty vanilla oak.
