Spain’s wine laws are notoriously strict and convoluted. Like The Guv’nor red, The Guv’nor Blanco breaks all the rules. You might think Spain is all about its reds. But its whites are pretty special too. For this, we added some oak-aged Chardonnay to Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc to dial up the richness. The result? It’s a riotous wine that’s full of tropical fruits. It’s a great glassful on the sofa, but it also sings with the paprika spice of chorizo, so try it with seafood paella.
