The Dalmore has set the standard for cask ageing for over 150 years. Master Distiller Richard Paterson has been the creative force here for nearly five decades. He hand-selects the casks from the world’s finest wineries, bodegas and distilleries and ages the whiskies in them to create something truly remarkable. This 15-year-old Single Malt has been finished in several different styles of sherry cask. It has aromas of orange, cinnamon and nutmeg and flavours of vanilla, ginger, apple and rich dark chocolate.
