Description
Rutherglen has long been known for its fortified whites. But if you scratch the surface, you’ll find sublime dry whites too. This Marsanne, Viogner and Roussanne blend is reminiscent of top Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc. That’s why it won a gold medal and a 95-point score at this year’s International Wine Challenge. It’s fermented in French oak and aged on character-building lees for seven months, resulting in a zesty palate of apricot, ginger and hazelnut.
