Description
Grapes from up to 40 year old vines planted on the argilo limestone and kimmeridgian clay, more commonly associated with the Chablis region, imbues the wine with Pouilly-Fumé’s classic richness, smokiness and complexity. Rich and smoky on the nose, with subtle limes, white florals and honeysuckle atop a palate of fresh, clean and vibrant acidity, citrus fruit flint, minerality and green peppers. A long and layered finish. Enjoy over the next three years with asparagus in hollandaise, Caesar salad or shellfish.
