Description
Paul Buisse is a century-old family-run producer based in the cellars beneath the castle town of Montrichard. The winemaking team created this wine in Amboise, a small market town that was once home to the French royal court and Leonardo de Vinci. Muscadet is a crisp, dry wine made in the Muscadet appellation. It must be made from Melon de Bourgogne, a grape variety that was once, rather confusingly, also known as Muscadet. This one is rested on its lees for 6 months to add texture and an almost nutty character. Try it with crab.
