Description
We first stocked this complex, floral rosé in small, limited supply. And the customer reaction was so good, we very soon went back for more. It’s made from Corvina, Trebbiano, Syrah and Carménère grapes and left on the skins for exactly 11 minutes (hence the name). This is the optimal time for the wine to develop a delicate rosy hue while retaining a light body. It’s elegant and subtly spicy, with plenty of red-fruit flavours. Best with baked white fish, olives and tomatoes.
