The family behind Paolo Leo winery have been making wine since the 18th century. So they know a thing or two about getting the best out of the Puglian soil. Their passion for Italy is reflected in the fact they choose to farm organically. We think the fruit really stands out as a result. In certainly shows in this blend of Chardonnay, Fiano and Sauvignon Blanc, with its rich notes of tropical fruit and citrus acidity. Pair with delicate white fish.
