Old Speckled Hen was first made to mark the 50th anniversary of the MG car factory in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The commemorative brew took its name from the old car that was used as a factory runaround. Fast forward to today, and ‘the old speckled un’ is still made with the same recipe. It’s finely balanced with a distinctive rich malty taste and fruity aroma.
