Vintage Champagnes are made solely in the very best years. And Moët et Chandon accept only the best of the best. In fact, they’ve released just 74 vintages since 1842. They also go several steps further in the winemaking process, ageing this for at least five years in their historic cellars. All the extra effort reflects in elegant flavours of stone fruits, grapefruit, pastry, walnut and biscuit. It’s complex, textured and a real treat with salmon.
