Description
For this luxurious Chardonnay winemaker Vincent Prunier picks every grape by hand from one of Meursault’s most famous vineyards – known as a ‘lieu-dit’. Once they’re pressed, he vinifies it in stainless steel and ages it in oak for up to a year and a half. The result is a smooth, creamy marriage of vanilla and stone fruit with an all-important balancing acidity.
