Description
Talented young winemaker Matias Riccitelli cleverly blends grapes from the Uco Valley and Lujan de Cuyo, two of the highest quality enclaves in Mendoza, to make this wine. He leaves it unoaked, instead it’s fermented in little concrete vats which are traditional in Argentina. It means the wine is especially juicy and fruity. Blackberry. Violet. Black pepper. The flavours are intensely vibrant – they really sing out of the glass. There’s nothing better with a blue-cheese burger.
