Description
Louis Latour is one of Burgundy’s most respected names. This historical producer started off as vine growers in the village of Aloxe-Corton in the 1760s. This Pinot Noir hails from where it all began, and you can expect remarkable things. It’s made following long-established traditions to an exacting standard. Each grape is handpicked to make sure only the finest make it into production, and the wine is carefully oak-aged in home-made barrels for up to 12 months. It has vibrant flavours of strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, with hints of nutmeg and spice. Partner with a traditional Coq au Vin.
