Description

Growing high in the hills, the grapes are blessed by ocean breezes. This refreshes the juice that builds robust with flavour, thanks to the abundant morning sun. Complex aromas of violets and blackberries are complemented by hints of black pepper. Intense garnet to dark purple in colour with vibrant aromas of violets, black – and blue berries with a hints of black pepper. The palate shows richness and roundness with flavours of black cherries and plums. This wine will compliment any meat dishes especially meat prepared on coals.
