The Brocard family have created fantastic Chablis since 1973. Today, father-and-son duo Jean-Marc and Julien, along with chief winemaker Pierre Brissy, apply a painstaking attention to detail to craft remarkably fresh Chablis in tiny quantities. This one is made on the Bougros Grand Cru climat (the best of the best spots). It’s very elegant with notes of citrus, tangerine, toast and sweet spices. Drink now with prawns or age for up to ten years.
