Description
Fabrice and Vincent Grebet have 20 hectares of vines between them. Winemaking in Pouilly-Fumé has certain soils to thank for its success. That’s why they deliberately pick their grapes from three distinctly different areas with chalk, clay and flint soils. According to the brothers, this variety is how they achieve their best results. Pouilly-Fumé must be made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Interestingly, this one is aged on its lees. This practice brings a subtle richness to the wine. Beautiful with goat’s cheese or pan-fried scallops topped with crème fraîche.
