Description
The Chivite family’s rich winemaking history dates back to at least 1647. This rosé is a huge hit with the critics every year. It’s made in limited quantities and remarkable with age. The Garnacha grapes behind it are cooled by Atlantic breezes. Once they’re picked by hand and pressed, the wine is fermented and aged on texture-gifting lees in French oak barrels. This means it’s complex, aromatic, textured and great with food. Expect peach, citrus, white flowers, toast and sweet spices.
