Description
This family-owned Bordeaux winery knows that without good grapes, you don’t get good wine. That’s why they take great pains to make sure every vintage starts with perfectly ripe fruit, before harvesting begins. This is made mostly from Merlot, with a dash of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, and aged in oak barrels for 14 months. Expect spicy, fruity aromas with hints of black pepper, blackberries and cinnamon. Try it now with grilled beef or cellar for another decade.
