Founded by a noble Genoese family in the 16th century, Castello Toledana have spent centuries perfecting white wines in northern Italy’s Gavi region. But, really, nature is in charge here. Every year the weather is a little bit different, which means Toledana’s team needs to adapt to create the best, freshest Gavi possible. With so much experience, the result is always delicious. The vineyards, warmed by sun and tickled by sea breeze, produce fresh, crisp wines with flavours of almond, honey, white fruit and flowers. Pair it with fish or pasta.
