Description
This unique Kosher Sauvignon Blanc is made by Israel’s Carmel Winery. It was established in 1882 by the late Edmond James de Rothschild and is the largest, most historic winery in the country. For this Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are mostly picked from the Lower Galilee region, a dry area that the fruit develops rich aromatics in. Expect a light, fresh wine with a crisp citrus finish. Partner with goat’s cheese salads.
