Description
This classic Pinot Grigio is made with traditional methods. And, with quality in mind, grapes are hand-picked and harvests kept small. Many of the vines grow on south-facing hills, so you get riper and fuller flavours than elsewhere in the region. Meanwhile, breezes blowing down from the Dolomites mean cool nights, which bring aromatic intensity to your glass. Expect aromas of stone fruits, apple and citrus. Pour out a glass with seafood risotto or a fresh summer chicken salad.
