Description
Marsannay may be best known for its astounding Pinot Noir, but its Chardonnays are also well worth your attention. It’s relatively rare and known to be typically full and packed with fruit flavour. If it’s your first time trying white Marsannay, you can put your faith in Burgundy greats Louis Latour. They’ve fermented this in stainless steel to preserve its delicate aromatics. As a result, it’s wonderfully floral, with notes of lemon, lime, vanilla and white flowers, and a satisfying saline hint on the finish. Try it with baked white fish.
