Shaw and Smith began in 1989 when cousins Martin Shaw and Michael Hall Smith decided to realise a dream to make wine together. Their aim was to make exciting, refined wines and they specialise in Sauvignon Blanc, cool climate Shiraz and this single vineyard Chardonnay. “This beautiful Chardonnay gets better with each vintage.
