Description
The De Forville domaine covers ten hectares over two Piedmont villages and their production is now almost entirely bottled on the estate. Nebbiolo is a Piedmont stalwart and most famous for its role in Barolo. A Nebbiolo with striking ruby colour and a nose that displays bright red fruits with hints of spice. This complexity is carried onto the palate with racy acidity and oak bringing freshness and structure. The soft tannins make this wine a viable option to open now. Give it time in the decanter and serve with fatty meats or creamy cheese.
