Until recently, producers weren’t allowed to label rosé fizz as ‘Prosecco’ – even if it was made inside the region and to the same high standards as the typical white bubbles. But last year, labelling laws finally changed. And we’re thrilled to be stocking one of the first rosé Proseccos to hit UK shelves. Best of all, it’s made by Prosecco experts, La Gioiosa. Dry, fresh and zesty, with notes of redcurrants and raspberries, and a lovely floral quality. It’s seriously moreish and perfect with raspberry soufflé.
