Grattamacco only began in 1977, but they’re is already putting Bolgheri on the map. This Cabernet blend is their magnum opus. It shows notes of blackcurrant with a nose of Mediterranean herbs. Expect a taut and balsamic finish in this elegant wine. Decant for an hour and enjoy at room temperature with grilled fillet steak.
