Description
The key to Australian Shiraz is its intensity. It’s known for two unmistakable features: plenty of dark-fruit flavour and a signature kick of pepper. We wanted to capture both of these features in abundance. When we tasted what we’d made from some of key spots in Barossa, there was just one thing to name it: Plum & Pepper. This is unashamedly big, bold and juicy, with a balancing acidity and a long finish. Try it with herby sausages.
