Description
Pringle Bay is different from other Sauvignon Blancs. Because Sauvignon specialists Duncan Savage and Thys Louw source most of their grapes from coastal spots that are cooled by Atlantic breezes. The rest come from Paardeberg, which is renowned for its tropical-fruit flavours. As a result, this is a wonderfully fresh wine, with notes of pineapple, passionfruit and grapefruit and a long, refreshing finish. Best with fish and chips.
