Description
Mornington Peninsula is a sub-region of Victoria which, in recent years, has been identified as arguably the best area in Australia for cultivating the classic Burgundian varieties. From the estate’s Main Ridge vineyard, this Chardonnay is whole-bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeasts in French oak barriques.
