Description
Ki No Bi translates as ‘the beauty of the seasons.’ It’s a dry gin created with 11 distinctly Japanese botanicals. There’s yuzu, green tea, ginger and sansh? peppercorns to name a few. All botanicals are divided into 6 elements: base, citrus, tea, herbal, spice and fruity/floral. Each category is then distilled individually. Careful blending with a rice spirit base creates a gin that is pure and precise. It’s aromatic and refreshing thanks to notes of zingy yuzu and pepper, with a gentle kick of warm, ginger spice.
