Description
This is made by two of England’s best winemaking exports, Charles and Ruth Simpson, in the Languedoc. It’s a blend of Syrah with a dash of Viognier – a Côte-Rôtie-style red at a fraction of the usual asking price. It’s long been a favourite of our store colleagues. And for very good reason. Expect intense notes of black fruits, coffee and dark chocolate. Try it with duck.
