Description
This is made by Ben Glover, previously winemaker of Wither Hills and Mud House, and a Master of Wine, Liam Steevenson. It’s from the Awatere Valley, which is cooler than the rest of Marlborough. As a result, the wine is less overtly tropical. It’s a New Zealand Sauvignon with Loire sensibilities. Try its elegant peach, lemon sherbet and mineral hints with sea bass and asparagus.
