Description
Although Denis Meunier is only in his late 20s, his small domain is one of the most old-school in Vouvray. In 2012, he took over his father’s 13 hectares of Chenin Blanc (with vines up to 65 years old) and has never looked back. This expression is taken from his younger vines (still an average of 25 years old) on chalk soils and is crafted without any oak. Expect classic notes of yellow apple, pear and a flinty minerality.
