Oxley capture the best of nature with their remarkably cold distillation process (at -5°C). This allows them to use fresh, frozen citrus peel, as opposed to the usual typical dried peel. As a result, you’ll find a deliciously smooth, refreshing gin. It has notes of citrus zest and juniper which are best with fresh pink grapefruit juice, tonic water, a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of mint.
