Description
Domaine Gayda, under the advice of Marc Kent, the man behind The Chocolate Block, makes ‘En Passant’ with different grape varities on different vineyards every year. This vintage, the stone has rolled to the Languedoc, where oak-aged Syrah (80%) and unoaked Cinsault have created a medium-bodied red with fresh cherries and raspberries at the fore.
